Meat Raffle with Cat5
OK, first new years resolution. Less Meat Raffle spam posts on here. Well, maybe third after stopping smoking and stopping picking my nose.
Meat Raffle HQ is extremely proud to announce that January's special guests will be Swedish megastars Cat 5!
Best known for their assault on the Swedish pop charts with "Sexy", a song which was also selected by Chicks on Speed for their acclaimed 'Girl Monster' compilation, the Scandinavian duo consisting of Hanna Goranson and Christina Roos have also provided remixes for the likes of Robyn and Le Sport. This is a very, very rare chance to see them perform in the UK, and better still it's totally free!
Cat5 - "Sexy"
We have another female duo helping us out on the decks this month in the form of the fabulous Slutty Oysters, joining us for a Meat vs Fish showdown. They've previously wowed the crowds at Friends and Family and Manchester's Squeezy Sauce, amongst other places.
As ever, the Meat Raffle Soundsystem, consisting of Meaty Milan, 16oz Stewart and Baby Face Dave will be filling in the gaps.
